Seattle For Everyone

Tell Seattle City Council you support the Downtown/South Lake Union rezone

The Downtown/South Lake Union Mandatory Housing Affordability rezone is designed to leverage the unprecedented growth Seattle is experiencing to increase the number of affordable homes across the city for famlies and individuals who need them. The Downtown and South Lake Union neighborhoods combined are expected to produce over one-third of the overall Mandatory Housing Affordability program goal of 6,300 affordable homes over ten years.

The Seattle City Council is currently considering the Downtown/South Lake Union rezone, and the Planning, Land Use and Zoning Committee may vote on the rezone in the next several weeks. Ask them to vote yes!
